Three ways into the work,
priced for the depth they require.
Some engagements are scoped and time-bound. Some are built for the long game. The tier signals depth, ownership, and how much of the firm a single client occupies — not whether you're allowed to apply.
Scoped projects when the work is bounded and the timeline is real.
Fixed-scope sprints, builds, and research briefs. We take a small number of these at a time so each one gets the focus it needs. Scoped after a short discovery conversation.

Accountability at every depth of access.
Three tiers of executive accountability, from structured monthly sessions to a full-access partnership woven into the week. Staff accountability coaching is also available — primarily for organizations where the executive team is already engaged with us, and in rare standalone cases.
Executive Accountability — Core
A structured accountability partnership for senior leaders who are done letting priorities slip. Monthly cadence, hard questions, real outcomes. Starting at $1,000/month.
Executive Accountability — Growth
A deeper accountability partnership for senior leaders who need higher-frequency touchpoints and faster async support. Four sessions/month. Starting at $2,000/month.
Executive Accountability — Full Access
Maximum-access executive accountability partnership. Weekly sessions, same-day async support, and quarterly arc reviews. Starting at $3,000/month.
Staff Accountability
Structured accountability coaching for individual contributors ready to own their growth and output. Bimonthly sessions, weekly async check-ins. Starting at $750/month.
Three ways to stay in the work.
A fractional operator embedded in your team, mission-priced embedded ops for nonprofits, or an async thought partner in your pocket. All retainers require a short application and can start this month. We'll respond within 2–3 business days.
Fractional Operator Retainer
A fractional operator embedded in your organization — designing systems and driving outcomes without full-time overhead. $12,200/month, 3-month minimum.
Nonprofit Retainer
Embedded operations work built specifically for nonprofits — 40 hours/month of real operational capacity at mission pricing. $4,500/month, 3-month minimum.
Don't Call, Just Text Retainer
Async strategic access to Khizer Husain — text or voice memo, 48-hour reply, monthly review. Month-to-month. $500/month.
What people ask before applying.
- What's the difference between the two retainer options?
- The Fractional Operator Retainer is embedded, hands-on work — Khizer is inside your tools and team, owning projects and building systems, up to 20 hours a month. The async retainer is a thought-partnership: you text or send a voice memo when something needs thinking through, and you get a considered reply within 48 hours. Many clients start async and move to fractional as the work deepens.
- Do you only work with Bay Area companies?
- No. The firm was founded in the Bay Area and Khizer is based there, but we work with founders, operators, and growing teams worldwide. Most engagements run async, with the occasional intensive in person when it earns its travel.
- How is coaching different from advisory?
- Advisory is decision support — you have a question, we help you think it through. Coaching and accountability are about follow-through — the gap between the decision and the doing. Most senior leaders need both, but they hire for one and discover they needed the other.
- Can we start with a smaller engagement and expand?
- Yes, and most do. The async retainer or an accountability tier is often the first month, then a weekend intensive or build follows once the priorities are clear. The fractional operator engagement is rarely the first thing — it's where existing clients end up when the work goes deeper.
New to Scaled Enablement? Start with the core concepts.
The distinction between blockers and infrastructure — and why most organizations confuse overhead for enablement.
What operational scaling actually requires, why it fails at growth stage, and what it takes to build systems that hold under pressure.
The firm, the founder, the origin of the thesis, and the three practices it runs on.
